Named one of Nashville's Most Beautiful People by Nashville Lifestyles Magazine and crowned Mrs. Tennessee, Bethany Sharp has taken her love for hosting to the stage and screen for over 20 years.
From interviewing celebrities on the red carpet to creating and producing media content for her own projects, Bethany’s warmth, charm, and charisma continue to shine on and off camera.
Bethany’s passion for television hosting and engaging an audience began at the early age of 10 with her first hosting debut on the popular show Opry Backstage, the flagship show of the national cable network The Nashville Network (TNN).
Bethany grew up in control rooms and studios across Nashville, the daughter of a journalist and TV host, watching the production process. Her background in TV and extensive acting and dance experience led her to book many commercials, music videos, and films. One of her most memorable roles is the lead in Carrie Underwood’s music video for her hit single, ”Two Black Cadillacs". Bethany also appeared in supporting roles in the faith-based film, “Where Is Good?”, and the action film “Trap City”, starring Brandon Jackson (Tropic Thunder, Fast and Furious) and Clifton Powell (All Eyes on Me, Ray).
Bethany spent time in the NFL as a Tennessee Titans cheerleader, which afforded her the honor of cheering at the Super Bowl and performing alongside Travis Tritt in the opening show. In 2012, when she won the coveted title of Mrs. Tennessee, she went on to place as a top finalist at Mrs. America.
Currently, Bethany lives in Nashville with her family. She enjoys raising her three boys, studying about all things health and wellness, and is always looking for her next big media project!
